What the app does
EU Order Invoices reads your paid store orders and produces an invoice PDF for each one, and a credit note for each refund. It stores those documents so you can open, download and export them. Installing it means you agree to these terms.Plan, trial and billing
The app includes a 14-day free trial and then costs $7.99 per month, or $5.99 per month paid yearly. Billing is handled by the app market: it charges you and pays us, and this app never receives your payment-card details. Without a plan the app keeps producing 5 invoices a month; credit notes are not counted against that allowance.Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged. After a charge, ask within 14 days of it and we refund it in full. Cancelling later stops the next charge and the plan stays active until the period you paid for ends; on a yearly plan, unused whole months are refunded when you ask. Refunds are filed by us and processed by the app market.What you are responsible for
You are the seller and the documents are yours. The figures on them come from your own orders, and the tax those orders charged is decided by your store’s tax settings, not by this app. Your VAT number, your business name and address, your numbering scheme and whether reverse charge applies to your sales are yours to set and to check.Check the first few documents against your own records before you rely on them, and check with your accountant that the wording your country requires is the wording you chose. We do not give tax advice.What this app does not do
It does not transmit invoices over Peppol or any other e-invoicing network, does not produce Factur-X or XRechnung files, does not sync with accounting software, does not calculate tax, does not check VAT numbers against the VIES registry, does not apply tax exemptions at checkout, and does not create or change the documents your store issues itself.Availability and liability
The app is provided as it is. We keep it running and fix what breaks, and we do not promise it will never be unavailable. If a document cannot be produced, the app records the failure with its reason and lets you produce it again; a document that was never produced is not a document you lose, because the order it came from is still in your store.Our liability for any claim relating to this app is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.Ending it
Remove the app from your site at any time. Removal deletes every document and setting the app stored, so export the months you need first. We may end this agreement if the app is used to break the law or the app market’s rules, and we will tell you why.
