The short version
This app makes invoices. An invoice names the person or company it is addressed to, and the law requires that, so unlike most apps this one does store personal data: the buyer’s name, company, postal address and VAT identification number are inside the documents it produces, and the documents are stored so you can hand them to your accountant months later. Everything on this page is about that. What EU Order Invoices stores
For each document: the rendered PDF, its number, the order it belongs to, the date it was issued and the date of supply, the buyer’s VAT identification number and country, the currency, and the amounts broken down by tax rate. The PDF itself additionally contains the buyer’s name, company and postal address and the items they bought, because an invoice has to.For each installation: the installation and site identifiers, the refresh token that lets the app read your orders, your plan state, your numbering and wording settings, your VAT number, how many documents you produced in each month, which activation reminders have been delivered, and whether you have been asked for a review and your answer. What EU Order Invoices deliberately does not store
Buyer email addresses and phone numbers are never written to our database and never put on a document. Payment card details are never seen by this app at all — billing is handled by the app market and the card never reaches us. Your orders are read when a document is made and are not copied into a second database of our own.Who else sees it
Nobody. The documents are stored on our own server and database and are not sent to any third party, analytics service or advertising network. There is no external invoicing account behind this app, which is the reason it works without you creating one.A document can only be opened through your signed dashboard session, and the lookup is scoped to your installation, so no link to a document works outside your own dashboard and one store can never read another store’s documents. How long it is kept
Documents are kept for ten years, which is the longest retention period an EU tax authority asks of a seller. Removing the app deletes every document, every setting, your VAT number and your monthly counts immediately. Export the months you need before you remove it: we cannot restore what the removal deleted. One record survives the removal, and it holds no personal data: the log of installs, uninstalls and plan changes, which is identifiers, an event name and a timestamp. It is what lets us answer a billing question about an installation that no longer exists.Your rights, and your buyers'
You are the controller of the personal data in your invoices and we process it on your instructions. Write to shin@sognoragroup.com to ask for a copy of everything stored for your installation, or for its deletion. We answer within 30 days.A buyer asking you to delete their data is a question you have to weigh against your own legal obligation to keep the invoice. If you decide a document must go, write to us with the document number and we delete it and tell you what was removed; the number itself stays in the sequence, marked as cancelled, because a missing number is worse than a deleted one.Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is stored or for how long, the effective date at the top changes with it and the app says so on its main screen.
