Member Wholesale Pricing terms of service

Operated by Sognora · Effective September 8, 2026
These terms are the agreement between Sognora and the merchant using this app on their store. Installing or using it means you accept them. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app.

1. Service

The app answers the store's pricing requests at cart and checkout. A signed-in member whose contact carries the label you chose is answered as eligible, and the automatic discount rule the app created applies your percentage to all products or to the collections you selected. Everyone else is answered as not eligible and pays the full price. The app does not set per-product wholesale prices, quantity tiers or minimum order amounts, does not display trade prices on product pages, does not run a wholesale application or approval workflow, and cannot recognise a customer who is not signed in.

2. Subscription and billing

The app is listed at $9.99 per month after a 14-day free trial. The platform that hosts your site creates and collects the subscription; this app never receives your payment card details. You can cancel from your site’s billing settings; the app cannot be removed while auto-renewal is on. Cancelling stops the next charge and the plan stays active until the paid period ends. Invoices and renewals are issued by that platform.Refunds: a charge is refunded in full when you ask within 14 days of it. On a yearly plan, unused whole months are refunded on request. Nothing is charged for a trial cancelled before it ends. Sognora files each refund and the platform processes it, which can take up to three business days to approve and up to twenty business days to arrive.

3. Merchant responsibilities

Keep the label on the right contacts: anyone carrying it buys at your wholesale percentage. Choose a percentage you can sell at. Leave the discount rule the app created in place, or use the restore button after changing it. Tell your trade customers to sign in before they shop, because a signed-out cart cannot be recognised. Comply with the pricing and consumer laws that apply to you.

4. Availability and third parties

The store platform, Fly.io and Supabase are outside Sognora's control, and their outages, delays and interface changes can affect this app. When a label lookup fails, the app answers "not eligible", which prices that cart at the full price rather than blocking the checkout, and records the incident on your home screen.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, probe or interfere with its security, submit malicious traffic or attempt to reach another merchant's data. We may suspend access where that is needed to protect the service or third parties.

6. Data and ending service

The privacy policy explains what is processed and how to request deletion. Uninstalling stops all access. The app attempts to delete its discount rule, erases its authentication token and marks the store as removed, and the remaining audit rows are deleted thirty days later. If the store has already revoked access, the rule stays listed and inert in Automatic discounts. Remove it there, or use Remove discount rule before uninstalling.

7. Warranties and liability

The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law permits, Sognora disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost sales arising from use of the app. Sognora's total liability for a claim relating to the app is limited to the subscription fees paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit rights or liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

8. Changes, governing law and contact

Material changes appear here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you operate. Questions go to shin@sognoragroup.com.
