PickPack Terms of Service

Operated by Sognora · Effective September 8, 2026
These terms are the agreement between Sognora and the merchant using PickPack on their store. Installing or using PickPack means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app, or uninstall it.

1. Service

PickPack lists your store's orders, filters them by product, order number, status and date, renders a pick list and packing slips as PDF documents, and marks the orders you selected as fulfilled with an optional tracking number. It keeps a record of each run so you can repeat the same filter.PickPack does not buy or print shipping labels, connect carrier accounts, quote shipping rates, track shipments, manage inventory, scan barcodes, edit or create orders, or produce invoices and tax documents.

2. Subscription and billing

PickPack is listed at $4.99 per month after a 14-day free trial, with no limit on the number of orders you print or fulfil. The app market creates and collects the subscription; PickPack never receives your payment-card details. You can cancel from your site’s billing settings; the app cannot be removed while auto-renewal is on. Cancelling stops the next charge and the plan stays active until the paid period ends. Invoices and renewals are issued by the app market, not by Sognora.Refunds: a charge is refunded in full when you ask within 14 days of it. On a yearly plan, unused whole months are refunded on request. Nothing is charged for a trial cancelled before it ends. Sognora files each refund and the app market processes it, which can take up to three business days to approve and up to twenty business days to arrive.

3. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for checking that the orders you selected are the ones you intend to ship, for the accuracy of tracking numbers and carriers you enter, and for the content of any logo you upload. Marking an order fulfilled changes its status in your store and may notify your buyer, so review the selection before confirming.

4. Documents and third-party services

Documents are rendered from the order data your store returns at the moment you print. If an order changes afterwards, the printed copy is a snapshot and the next print will differ. Your store platform, Fly.io and Supabase are third-party services outside Sognora's control; their outages, rate limits and API changes can affect PickPack. When that happens the app reports it and keeps your filter and selection so you can retry.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use PickPack unlawfully, probe or interfere with its security, submit malicious traffic, or attempt to reach another merchant's data. We may suspend access where that is needed to protect the service, its merchants or third parties.

6. Data and ending service

The Privacy Policy explains what PickPack reads, what little it stores and how to request deletion. Uninstalling ends normal access; when the removal event is delivered, PickPack deletes your preferences, your logo and your run history and clears its authentication token.

7. Availability, warranties and liability

PickPack is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law permits, Sognora disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost sales arising from use of the app. Sognora's total liability for a claim relating to PickPack is limited to the subscription fees paid for the app during the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit rights or liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

8. Changes, governing law and contact

Material changes appear here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you operate. Questions go to shin@sognoragroup.com.
