Screenshots help — remove buyer names, street addresses, email addresses and payment details first. Never send a password, an API token or a staff login; support does not need them.Your first pick list takes two steps
1. Open PickPack from your dashboard. It opens on your unfulfilled orders — there is nothing to connect and nothing to configure.2. Tick the products you are shipping (or paste a list of order numbers), select the orders and choose Print pick list. The PDF opens in a new tab.Packing slips work the same way, one page per order, in a single PDF. Photo size, checkout fields, buyer notes, page size and your logo are all in the options panel that opens with the print button.Large batches (up to 500 per run)
The list shows 100 orders at a time. Tick the header box to select the page, then choose Select all orders matching this filter to take every order the filter matches — including the ones on later pages. PickPack reads them on the server, prints them in one PDF, and marks them fulfilled in batches of 100.One run covers up to 500 orders. Above that, PickPack sends nothing and asks you to narrow the filter by date or product and run again. Orders that are already fulfilled are reported and left untouched, never sent twice.Right after a fulfillment, the store’s order search takes a few moments to catch up. Until it does, PickPack hides the orders you just fulfilled and says how many, so you cannot fulfil the same order twice. If the store rate-limits requests
When the store answers “too many requests”, PickPack waits and retries three times over a few seconds. You will almost never notice. If the store is still rate-limiting after that, PickPack stops and tells you plainly: nothing was sent. Your filter and your selection stay exactly as they were and a Retry button sends the same run again. Rate limits usually clear within a minute — wait, then retry.Tracking numbers
A tracking number belongs to one shipment, so PickPack only adds one when a single order is selected. Fulfil a whole selection without a number, then add numbers order by order if you need them. The store does not reject a tracking number that is already used on another order — it stores whatever is sent. So if you enter a number PickPack has seen on an earlier fulfillment, it warns you and still sends exactly what you typed. Check it before you continue; nothing else will.An order shows “No customer”
Orders created by hand in the dashboard often carry no buyer and no shipping address. PickPack prints them anyway: the slip says “No customer” where the address would be, so the order can still be picked, packed and fulfilled. Nothing is skipped.Checkout fields are missing from a packing slip
Extra checkout fields print under “Checkout details” when Include checkout fields the buyer filled in is ticked in the print options. Fields only exist on orders placed after you added them at checkout, so older orders will show none. Buyer notes are a separate tick box in the same panel. Some orders failed to fulfil
The results table lists every order with its reason. Retry failed only re-sends exactly those orders and never the ones that succeeded, so an order cannot be fulfilled twice. Orders that were already fulfilled elsewhere are reported as such and left untouched.Plan and trial
PickPack includes a 14-day trial and then costs $4.99 per month, billed by the app market. Your order list stays visible without a plan; printing and fulfilling need an active one. There is no limit on how many orders you print or fulfil.Cancel from your site’s billing settings; the app cannot be removed while auto-renewal is on. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged. After a charge, ask within 14 days of it and we refund it in full. Cancelling later stops the next charge and the plan stays active until the paid period ends; on a yearly plan, unused whole months are refunded when you ask. Refunds are filed by us and processed by the app market: approval takes up to three business days and the money can take up to twenty business days to reach you. Write to shin@sognoragroup.com with your site address and the charge date. What PickPack does not do
It does not buy shipping labels, connect carrier accounts, quote shipping rates, manage inventory, scan barcodes or create invoices. It filters orders, prints pick lists and packing slips, and marks orders fulfilled.
