These terms are the agreement between Sognora and the merchant using Order Triggers on their store. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app, or uninstall it.1. Service
Order Triggers adds four triggers to your automation builder — order shipped, tracking number added, order partly shipped and order canceled — and reports an event to them when the matching thing happens to one of your orders. Each event carries the order number, the time, the customer contact, an item summary, the tracking number, the carrier, the tracking link and the order total, so your automation can use them. The app keeps a log of every event it reported, skipped or failed to send. The app does not send emails or messages, does not fulfill orders, does not buy or print shipping labels, does not track parcels with carriers, and does not edit orders. Those are the platform's own actions and your own dashboard.2. Plans and billing
The free plan reports up to 30 events per calendar month, counted in UTC; only events actually reported are counted. The paid plan is $2.99 per month, or $1.99 per month when billed yearly, after a 14-day free trial, and reports an unlimited number. The app market creates and collects the subscription; the app never receives your payment-card details. You can cancel from your site's billing settings; the app cannot be removed while auto-renewal is on. Cancelling stops the next charge, the plan stays active until the paid period ends, and the store then returns to the free plan. Invoices and renewals are issued by the app market, not by Sognora.Refunds: a charge is refunded in full when you ask within 14 days of it. On a yearly plan, unused whole months are refunded on request. Nothing is charged for a trial cancelled before it ends. Sognora files each refund and the app market processes it, which can take up to three business days to approve and up to twenty business days to arrive.3. Merchant responsibilities
You build the automations and you own what they send. Check what a message says and who it goes to before you switch it on, because an automation on the shipped trigger will reach real customers as soon as you ship. Tracking numbers, carriers and tracking links are passed through exactly as they are recorded on the order; their accuracy is yours.4. Delivery, duplicates and third-party services
The app reports events as it is notified of them, usually within seconds, and reports each one once: the same shipment notified twice produces one event. A reported event is accepted by the platform for processing, and whether an automation then runs, and how quickly, is the platform's to decide. Your store platform, Fly.io and Supabase are third-party services outside Sognora's control; their outages, rate limits and API changes can delay or prevent an event. When a report fails, the app retries it and then records the failure with a manual retry you can press.5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, probe or interfere with its security, submit malicious traffic, or attempt to reach another merchant's data. Do not use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend access where that is needed to protect the service, its merchants or third parties.6. Data and ending service
The Privacy Policy explains what the app reads, the little it stores and how to request deletion. Uninstalling removes the triggers from your builder, so automations built on them stop firing. When the removal event is delivered, the app deletes your settings, your activity log and your monthly counts, and clears its authentication token.7. Availability, warranties and liability
The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law permits, Sognora disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost sales arising from use of the app, including a message that was sent, was not sent, or was sent late. Sognora's total liability for a claim relating to the app is limited to the subscription fees paid for it during the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit rights or liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.8. Changes, governing law and contact
Material changes appear here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you operate. Questions go to shin@sognoragroup.com.
